Their new music video House of Cards, was shot without using cameras rather it was captured with 3D laser scanners.
The really clever part, the source code is released over Google Docs where users can download the data generate their own visualizations via processing and upload them onto the House of Cards Youtube group. Check this also.
Suggest you have a look at the Chemical Brothers initiative for their Brotherhood album here.
They invited fans to upload a film clip or photo related to a favourite CB track and upload to Google Maps and tag their location. The best videos will feature on a Google Earth channel from on September 1st, as well as on the Chemical Brothers Youtube channel. It closes on the 25th of this month.
Thanks to Ben and Ronit for tracking these.
